Manage overall functioning of the hospital call center, including team supervision and shift scheduling.
- Ensure timely and courteous handling of inbound and outbound calls related to patient appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Monitor call performance, ensure adherence to scripts and service protocols, and provide guidance for improvement.
- Resolve patient complaints or escalated queries efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with OPD/IPD, diagnostics, and other departments for appointment confirmations and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate call logs, daily reports, and performance dashboards.
- Conduct staff training and ensure consistent communication standards.
- Collaborate with IT and administration to maintain telephony systems and resolve technical issues.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with hospital standards and communication policies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
