Remote, India Perfect Air Clean Rooms Full time

As an intern for clean room projects on-site, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of clean room environments within our facility. Your role will involve assisting in various aspects of clean room construction, validation, and ongoing operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in Clean Room Construction: Support the construction team in setting up clean room facilities, including installing walls, ceilings, flooring, and filtration systems according to design specifications.

2. Equipment Installation: Aid in the installation of clean room equipment such as HVAC systems, air showers, pass-through chambers, and monitoring devices under the guidance of experienced technicians.

3. Quality Control: Participate in quality control procedures to verify that clean room components and systems meet cleanliness standards and regulatory guidelines.

4. Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of clean room construction activities, equipment installation, validation tests, and inspections.

5. Validation Testing: Support validation engineers in conducting particle count tests, airflow velocity measurements, air exchange rate calculations, and other validation tests to ensure clean room performance.

6. Troubleshooting: Help identify and troubleshoot issues related to clean room operations, equipment malfunctions, or deviations from cleanliness standards.

7. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working in clean room environments, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following clean room gowning procedures.

**Requirements**:
1. Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Basic understanding of clean room principles and industry standards

3. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

4. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in standing or crouching positions for extended periods.

5. Familiarity with basic hand and power tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month
