Competency:
Should be honest and dedicated to allocated duties and responsible about his allocated work.
Should be familiar with quality control work with respect to GxP working culture.
Clear understandings about the preparation and handling of chemicals, reagents, buffers and solution.
Clear understandings about the working principals of dissolution apparatus, disintegration apparatus, pH meter.
Clear understandings about the techniques and types of dissolution test, disintegration test, pH test
Should be familiar for operational and day to day use of dissolution apparatus, disintegration apparatus, pH meter of different make.
Should be expert in trouble shootings of operational and day to day use of dissolution apparatus, disintegration apparatus, pH meter of different make.
Should be familiar for planning and management of multiple samples for testing within specified time limit.
Should be familiar about the general calculation in quality control department.
Should be a good learner, good trainer and knowledge sharing behavior.
Should be capable to handle 3-5 officers team.
