**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the CCU.
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and administer medications as per the physician’s instructions.
- Assist in emergency procedures such as CPR and defibrillation.
- Ensure ventilators, life support equipment, and monitors are functioning correctly.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and families about post-ICU care and recovery.
- Ensure infection control practices and CCU safety standards are strictly followed.
- Manage critical situations effectively and respond promptly to patient deterioration.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of critical care procedures and protocols.
- Proficiency in ventilator management, IV therapy, and emergency response.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and make quick, informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ACLS/BLS certification is preferred.
- Experience in handling ventilated patients and multi-organ failure cases.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
