**Job Title**: Telecaller (Cold Calling)

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Cold Calling**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or self-generated leads.
- Present and explain the features, benefits, and advantages of our CRM solutions.
- Generate interest and qualify leads by understanding the prospects' business needs.

**Lead Qualification and Conversion**
- Identify decision-makers and key influencers within organizations.
- Ask probing questions to uncover customer pain points and suggest how our CRM can solve them.
- Convert cold calls into warm leads by securing commitments for product demos or meetings.

**Relationship Building**
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
- Handle objections and rejections positively and professionally.

**Database Management**
- Update CRM software with accurate details of calls, lead status, and follow-up schedules.
- Maintain a detailed log of feedback and potential client requirements.

**Target Achievement**
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly cold calling targets (number of calls, demos scheduled, leads converted).
- Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

**Market Feedback**
- Gather insights about customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends during conversations.
- Share feedback with the marketing and sales teams to refine campaigns and messaging.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Qualification**: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales. Experience in selling SaaS or tech products is an advantage.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication with excellent persuasive and negotiation skills.
- **Resilience**: Ability to handle objections and maintain positivity despite rejections.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Basic understanding of CRM software and ability to learn technical product details quickly.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Number of cold calls made daily/weekly/monthly.
- Conversion rate from cold call to lead/demo.
- Number of demos or meetings scheduled.
- Customer engagement rate and feedback quality.
