- Responsibilities:_
- _Handling entire operations of Payroll Operations / Benefit plan administration for US_
- _Hiring and staffing teams to ensure operations stability_
- _Leading / grooming team leaders to ensuring all the process activities are completed and SLAs met_
- _Getting Involved is customer engagement activities, will be one point of contact for Process owners_
- _Monitoring contractual changes / amendments_
- _Collaborating with transitions team in case of FTE ramp up / scope additions_
- _Driving quality initiatives to bring continuous improvements_
- _Overseeing turnover, trainings for staff and involving in their development planning_
- _Driving Compliance and putting system / process controls_
- _Closely working with Service delivery leader and sales to manage account P&L_
- Hiring setups_
- _US Tax calculations_
- _Personal data changes, Job changes/Org changes_
- _Transfer, Separation and Termination_
- Letter generation_
- _Benefit plan Administration_
- Plan communication_
- _Eligibility and Enrollment support_
- Life event changes / System Admin_
- _Analytical Skills and ability to work and supervise different teams._
- _Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible as needs change_
- _Ability to work on own initiative_
- _Clear thinking / problem solving skills and ability to quickly grasp new ideas_
- _Effective working knowledge of IT tools like MS Excel_
- _Having experience in any of this software/platforms (SAP, Microsoft Dynamic AX, Fortis, Pipeline, EMS and World Manager) is an added advantage_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Prior US Payroll processing/Operations is required and having Payroll accounting is an added advantage_
- _Good Communication - Both Written and oral_
- Preferred Qualifications_
- _Good Accounting
- Payroll Operations / Record to Report_
- _Having experience and knowledge in_
- _Employee Data/Admin_
