Female Hospital Receptionist

**Job Title**: Hospital Receptionist (Female)
**Location**: Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh
**Experience Required**: 1-2 Years
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage front desk operations including phone calls, appointments, and patient inquiries
- Maintain and update patient records and registration details
- Coordinate with medical staff and departments to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle billing, receipts, and other clerical tasks as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital management software preferred)
- Ability to work in shifts if required
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
