We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at Mitash Digital. As a Telecaller Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales. Your goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, acquire new customers, and contribute to the company’s sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and provide solutions accordingly.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve sales processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or Sales Executive, preferably in E-commerce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
