Telesales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages, tours, and related services to corporate and individual clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Understand client travel requirements and prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Coordinate with operations, ticketing, and reservations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new travel products.
- Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving ability.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
