We’re looking for a highly motivated** INTERNAL MARKETING COPYWRITER** to join our company and be part of an international marketing team.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working closely with the Senior Creative Team and wider marketing team to create and execute an initiative that supports and extends marketing initiatives
- Supporting internal marketing initiatives, including employer branding of The Scalers and our partners
- Close collaboration with HR and Partner Success departments, supporting them in employer branding and internal marketing activities
- Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing initiatives
- Supporting the Senior Copywriter on a variety of projects and campaigns, SEO activities
- Write and develop engaging and storytelling messaging for different audiences
- Understand our buyer personas and craft premium content for them (including brochures, graphics, presentations, key visuals, landing pages, webinars, website content, and more)
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

**YOUR PROFILE**
- ** Native-level written and spoken English** is a must
- An open and analytical mind can research information, be up to date with industry trends, and source insights and turn them into engaging storytelling content formats.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- SEO knowledge
- 3+ years of experience in B2B content creation or employer branding projects
- Innovative and being able to come up with new ideas
- UX thinking and writing ability will be a plus (you should be able to conceptualise visually)
- Comfortable working with distributed teams
- ** Comfortable working from the office and interacting daily with different stakeholders**:

- Positive attitude and people-person personality - an individual who would be considered to be good at working with others, having empathy, with abilities to teach, influence or persuade
