Experience Required: 1-3 years in a similar role, preferably in an IAS Coaching Institute

Key Responsibilities:*
*Interact with prospective students through calls, walk-ins, and scheduled appointments
*Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, faculty, and the Civil Services Examination process
*Counsel students based on their background and career goals
*Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students to ensure conversion
*Maintain daily MIS and reports of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions
*Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams for student satisfaction and operational efficiency
*Uphold the institute’s standards of professionalism and integrity
*Required Skills:*
*Excellent verbal and written communication
*Presentable personality with a student-friendly attitude
*Strong persuasion and follow-up skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.)
