Chennai, Tamil Nadu- Work Type: Full Time- We seek a talented and motivated Graphics Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will contribute to the company's visual identity by developing engaging, high-quality designs across various mediums. You should have a keen eye for detail, strong creative and technical skills, and the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design Creation: Develop and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print materials including websites, social media, brochures, posters, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and contribute to a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Conceptualization: Create original concepts, designs, and layouts based on the brand’s strategy and

campaign needs.
- Iteration & Feedback: Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of final assets.
- UI/UX Design: Collaborate on web design projects, including UI/UX elements for digital products and websites.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry developments, and software advancements to ensure the company’s visuals remain fresh and innovative.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer in an agency or corporate setting.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere) is a plus.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (if applicable).
- Creative & Analytical: Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design ideas.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet

deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., tech, fashion, advertising, etc.].
- Familiarity with web design and understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) is

an advantage.
- Photography or illustration skills are a plus.
