**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients, ensuring timely and accurate medical interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform medical procedures and interventions as required in the ICU setting.
- Participate in rounds, case discussions, and contribute to the overall improvement of patient outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in critical care medicine and contribute to continuous medical education programs.

**Qualifications**:

- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Postgraduate qualification or certification in Critical Care Medicine is highly desirable.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Haryana.
- Minimum [4] years of experience in an ICU setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
