Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for L1-Service desk, L2-Application support (Incident, Problem & change management) in MCAD and ECAD service Portfolios.
- Accountable for activity execution, closing of assigned responsibilities/activities and capable of keeping effective communication with all the stakeholders.
- Capture best practices, build knowledge repository & training materials to train new team members added into the project team.
- Proactive in idea generation, innovation mindset to improve product, process methods and tools

**Required Skills**:

- Must have minimum of 2+ years of experience in MAN Bus & Trucks projects or other Automotive Projects.
- Hands on experience (functional) in CATIA V4/V5, CT 3DEvolution, FGD, MANSyncrofitHelper, MTLECompare, NCLTF, PARTsolutions, Siemens Syncrofit, WIAM, Creo View, Capital Harness Design, EBCL and RUPLAN will be preferred.
- Sound knowledge in MAN Bus & Trucks process, methods and tools.
- Experience in Support Management on Incidents related to Applications.
- Experience in Design of Automotive components and Electrical Harness design and Circuit diagrams will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, flexible and agile enough to meet the expected deliverables to achieve common business goals & objectives.
- Very good communication, good interpersonal skills (excellent attitude to collaborate, support each other, willingness to learn from all and to develop relationships with team members, customers and all stakeholders) and create positively thriving environment within the team/organization
