**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive spoken English lessons that focus on developing speaking and listening skills.
- Create lesson plans and instructional materials that are aligned with curriculum objectives and student needs.
- Incorporate a variety of teaching techniques, such as role-playing, discussions, and multimedia resources, to facilitate language acquisition.
- Provide individualized feedback and support to students to improve their pronunciation, fluency, and confidence in speaking English.
- Organize and facilitate speaking activities, debates, and presentations to encourage active participation and communication skills development.
- Assess student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, such as oral exams, presentations, and speaking tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, participation, and performance.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with other English language teachers and colleagues to share best practices and resources.
- Stay informed about developments in language teaching methodologies, technologies, and resources.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English language, education, linguistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Native or near-native proficiency in English language.
- Previous experience teaching spoken English to non-native speakers preferred.
- Strong understanding of language acquisition theories and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse students and colleagues.
- Proficiency in technology-enhanced teaching tools and resources.
- Certification in teaching English as a second language (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) preferred.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
- Legal authorization to work as a teacher in the relevant jurisdiction.

**Salary and Benefits**:
Salary and benefits package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
