The role involves basic accounting, handling accounts payable & receivables, petty cash, TDS return filing, GST return filing, working in Tally ERP 9 & real-estate based ERP software.

**Responsibilities**
- Accounting
- Ensuring that Contractors/Suppliers Bills & other Bills are approved by concerned person/Management for releasing payment and the same posted to the ERP system
- Verify statutory deductions are made correctly in ERP system by the concerned department, if any tax applicable for deduction shall be considered in ERP certificate to be verified.
- Checking of Debit Notes if any to be considered while releasing the payment.
- Checking of accounts heads, narration & posting thereof is done properly.
- Preparation of monthly GST & TDS chart for payment & filing of returns.
- Process of Collection entry through ERP
- Daily preparing Bank Balance for tracking Payments & Receipts.
- Over all day to day accounting
- Maintain a systematic Workflow that tracks all the incoming invoices until these are paid
- Maintain an excellent Level of verbal and written communication with Billing Team
- Participate in developing, Implementing and achieving objectives/goals with the Managers/HOD
