**Job Title**: Genesys Architect

**Location**: Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune (Onsite)

**Contract Duration**: 18 months with potential extension

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Genesys Architect with expertise in Conversational AI and bot integration to support a multi-phase project. The Architect will work alongside a team of Genesys professionals, focusing on migrating call flows from an Avaya environment to Genesys and enhancing them with AI-driven features. This role will involve collaborating closely with existing teams through both discovery and delivery phases, under the guidance of dedicated Scrum Masters.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Call Flow Migration**:

- Lead the migration of existing call flows from Avaya to Genesys.
- **Conversational AI Integration**:

- Implement and enhance call flows with Conversational AI features, utilizing AI bots for voice interaction.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed documentation following the agreed template to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance with the project’s standards.
- **API & CRM Integration**:

- Ensure seamless API integration with the insurance system and facilitate a tight integration with the Salesforce CRM.
- **Functionalities in Use**:

- **Intents Management**:

- Develop approximately 110 intents across multiple lines of business within the insurance segment, with refinements during the discovery phase.
- **Support Transition**:

- Assist with the transition from Day 1 to Day 2 support, coordinating with teams trained to support the migrated lines of business.
- **Compliance & Security**:

- Ensure all solutions and processes adhere to GDPR compliance standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Genesys Architecture Expertise**: Extensive experience with Genesys solutions, particularly in a large-scale migration from Avaya.
- **Conversational AI & Bot Development**: Strong background in implementing AI-driven bot solutions, especially in voice interactions.
- **API & Salesforce Integration**: Proficiency in API integrations and Salesforce integrations within a Genesys environment.
- **Documentation Skills**: Ability to create and maintain detailed project documentation.
- **Project Experience in Insurance Sector**: Experience in creating intents and use cases within the insurance domain is highly desirable.
- **Hypercare Support**: Preparedness to provide hypercare support during the critical transition phases.

**Duration of Engagement**
- **Primary Contract**: 18 months, with the potential for extension based on project requirements.

**Additional Information**: Documentation and hypercare support are essential components of this role, with strict adherence to GDPR standards.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
