**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for all Genuine Temporary Entrant documentation preparation
- Counsel students and parents on GTE requirements of various universities and colleges and help students prepare required documentation
- Responsible for gathering knowledge about a range of study options for the school, VET and higher education sectors
- Responsible to carry out face to face consultation with prospective students and their parents
- Facilitate student from the scratch of their process to the end including pre-departure briefing
- Facilitate in preparing GTE statements and GTE relevant documentation
- Prepare students for visa interviews and other interviews as and when required as per the procedure of the Universities
- Correspondent independently with stakeholders such as schools, colleges, universities, and immigration office
- Take part and give presentation in seminar, exhibitions, events, fairs, social media platforms and live sessions
- Proofread, merge and format documents whenever required
- Book dates for Medical and Biometric appointments as required for the countries along with preparation of drafts
- Creation of invoice for tuition fee payment and providing accurate and reliable instructions regarding payment to the students
- Guidance on CV, SOP interviews
- Assist Admission Department and Counselor as and when required
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
