Mes Project Manger

**Role: Project Manager - MES Implementation ( MES, IIOT & Analytics Solution Implementation)**

**Experience: 5 to 7 Years**

**Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu**

**Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field**
- Experience in MES, IIOT, and Analytics solution implementation in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of MES, IIOT, and Analytics technologies and trends
- Experience leading implementation teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as required

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation of MES, IIOT, and Analytics solutions for a large program in the manufacturing industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Manage a team of implementation specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the highest quality work.
- Conduct analysis of customer requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports, including budget and timeline updates, to project stakeholders.
- Ensure the implementation process is in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge in the MES, IIOT, and Analytics fields and keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in the industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction with the delivered solutions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process.

**Salary**: ₹419,725.81 - ₹1,060,454.04 per year
