**Position Overview**:
The Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and videos, managing social media accounts, and designing and maintaining our website. You will use your expertise in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software to produce high-quality content and drive engagement across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Develop high-quality visual content using CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and digital ads.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and materials.
- **Video Editing**:

- Create and edit engaging video content for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to produce polished and professional videos.
- Integrate video content into social media and marketing campaigns.
- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and post content on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor social media trends and metrics to optimize performance and strategy.
- **Website Design and Management**:

- Design and update website content to ensure it is visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Use web development tools (e.g., WordPress, HTML/CSS) to make design improvements and updates.
- Ensure the website is optimized for SEO and responsive across all devices.
- **Content Creation and Posting**:

- Capture and edit photos and videos for use on social media and the website.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with company objectives and branding.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting of multimedia content.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, and multimedia projects.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Knowledge of website design principles and experience with web development tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with an interest in staying updated with industry trends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with additional design or multimedia software.
