**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Strategy and Campaigns**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the education sector, including digital and offline campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials, brochures, and digital content.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Plan and optimize online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
- Analyze metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance and ROI.

**Event Management**:

- Organize and coordinate events such as open days, seminars, webinars, and school fairs.
- Represent the institution at external events and networking opportunities.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to refine marketing strategies.

**Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Develop lead-generation campaigns to attract potential students.
- Work closely with the admissions team to convert leads into enrollments.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Maintain strong communication with academic and administrative departments.
- Build partnerships with schools, universities, and other educational organizations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
