**Job Title: Tender Sales Executive**

Experience: 6 months to 2 years

Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380009

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Tender Identification & Analysis: Research and identify relevant government and private sector tenders through portals and other sources.
- Tender Documentation: Prepare, review, and submit bid proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
- Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (sales, finance, legal) to gather required documents and approvals.
- Vendor Registration: Manage vendor registration on various government and private procurement portals.
- Follow-ups & Negotiation: Track submitted tenders, respond to queries, and negotiate terms if required.
- Compliance & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, approvals, and results.
- Sales Support: Assist in preparing quotations, agreements, and other sales-related documents.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Knowledge of government e-procurement portals (GeM, e-Tendering, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
