**Core Roles of a Data Scientist Fresher**

**Data Collection & Cleaning**
- Gather data from internal databases, APIs, and external sources.
- Perform data cleaning: handling missing values, duplicates, formatting errors, etc.
- Prepare datasets for analysis (data wrangling, preprocessing)

**Data Analysis**
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Use basic statistical techniques to derive insights.
- Generate summary reports, visualizations (using tools like Python’s Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Excel).

**Model Building (Basic)**
- Assist in building and validating machine learning models under supervision.
- Use frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow (for simple models), or Pandas.

**Visualization & Reporting**
- Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Jupyter Notebooks.
- Communicate results to team members and sometimes non-technical stakeholders.

**Collaboration & Documentation**
- Work with senior data scientists, data engineers, and business teams to understand project needs.
- Document data sources, analysis processes, and findings clearly.

**Learning & Development**
- Stay updated on data science trends, tools, and techniques.
- Participate in code reviews, attend team meetings, and take feedback to improve skills.
