Location: Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities
Researching travel options & presenting the best deals interms of requirements.
- Building strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve branch, team sales and profitability objectives.
- Offering holidays to a wide variety of luxury destinationslike Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Maldives andThailand
- Working for International Sales department as a SeniorExecutive, below mentioned points are the achievements, key roles and responsibilities.
- Customer Service.
- Reducing Costs and Maximizing Profits.
- Maximized production by consistently promoting a culture ofcustomer service excellence.
- Meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ServicesLevel Agreements (SLAs).
- Consistently exceeded a significant targets month-on-monthbasis.
- A multi-skilled position as part of a team. Working mainlyover the phone and using a
- Computer system in a high pressured environment often tostrict deadlines.
- Ensured customer satisfaction as efficiently and effectively aspossible.
- Analyzed customer complaints and developed solutions.
- Achieved demanding targets in whatsoever situations.
- Handing sales, Queries, On ground issue if any.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
