We are seeking a highly experienced Content Lead to join our team at our media company. Our organization has multiple online properties, including YouTube channels, and we are looking for a dynamic individual who can offer thought leadership and manage our daily content operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the creation of various forms of content, including blogs, YouTube videos, and social media posts
- Develop and manage publishing schedules for videos and social media posts, and ensure team alignment
- Review video content created by multiple creators and provide constructive feedback
- Train and mentor our team of content writers, graphic designers, and video editors, helping them develop new skills and enhance their existing ones.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in creating and managing content calendars and schedules
- Excellent command of both English and Hindi language
- Attention to detail with the ability to provide insightful feedback for content improvement
- Knowledge of video creation, anchoring, and graphic designing is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel for operational and reporting purposes is essential.

**Salary**: ₹22,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
