**Job Title**: Intern - Procurement

**Location**: Delhi Headquarters located in Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi

**Mode**: In-office

**Internship Overview**

We are looking for a **proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Intern** to support our procurement and supply chain operations, with a focus on **electronics components**.

As a Procurement Intern, you will work closely with the procurement team and cross-functional departments to assist in **vendor communication**, **material sourcing**, **quotation evaluation**, and **order tracking**. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in end-to-end procurement processes within a dynamic work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing all aspects of the procurement process
- Support in sourcing electronic components from domestic and international vendors
- Help in evaluating supplier quotations based on RFQs (Request for Quotation)
- Participate in negotiating pricing and contract terms with vendors
- Process and maintain purchase orders and ensure timely approvals
- Track deliveries and follow up with vendors to ensure timely dispatch
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams (engineering, stores, accounts) for smooth operations
- Maintain accurate procurement data and reports in Excel
