**Experience**: 3 to 8 yrs

**Job Location** : Airoli ,Navi Mumbai.

**Salary Range** : 20K to 25K Gross Monthly.

Job Description: Field Technician - RMC Division

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Site Operations**:

- Supervise the batching process to ensure the production of high-quality ready-mix concrete.
- Operate and maintain batching plant equipment and machinery.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular tests on raw materials and finished concrete to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of test results and batching parameters.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols during all operations.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Inspect and maintain the functionality of batching plant machinery and tools.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Coordinate with clients for on-site requirements and address any technical queries.
- Ensure timely delivery of ready-mix concrete to customer sites.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare daily production reports and maintain logs for quality assurance purposes.
- Report any issues or delays to the concerned department promptly.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ITI in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in the RMC or construction industry.
- Knowledge of concrete batching operations and quality control standards.
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

- Technical proficiency in batching and testing processes.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of workplace safety regulations and practices.
