Inward Qc

Job Summary:
The Inward QC will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming coco pith materials meet the established quality standards and specifications. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of the production process and ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Inspection of Incoming Materials**: Conduct thorough inspections of coco pith shipments upon arrival to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of inspections, including test results and any deviations from quality standards.
- **Sampling and Testing**: Perform physical and chemical tests on samples from incoming shipments to assess quality attributes such as moisture content, pH levels, and fiber quality.
- **Reporting Non-Conformance**: Identify and report any non-conformance issues to the QC Manager, and work with suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with procurement and production teams to ensure timely processing of incoming materials and adherence to quality standards.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide feedback on processes to enhance product quality.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all inspection activities.

Pay: ₹10,426.69 - ₹42,187.49 per month
