Job Description: Field Sales Representative

Position: Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential customers in various locations to promote our products and services and secure sales. Your primary objective is to bring in new business and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct field visits to target areas and identify potential customers.

Build and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.

Initiate and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Utilize persuasive and effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for sales growth.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market competition, and product knowledge.

Present regular reports on sales activities and progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the product or service being sold.
- Valid driver's license and access to transportation (if required for the position).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,870.13 - ₹29,174.60 per month

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
