**Position Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Create and develop original designs for both casted and handmade jewellery pieces.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and can be manufactured to high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on current jewellery trends and market demands.
- Work closely with other designers, gemologists, and production staff to ensure design concepts are accurately executed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing both casted and handmade jewellery.
- Proficiency in design software such as CorelDraw and Photoshop.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
