The Shop Floor Manager will oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and meet quality and production targets. This role involves managing the workforce, ensuring the timely production of shoes and continuously improving production processes.

**Key Responsibilities:Production Management**:

- Execute daily production schedules to meet output targets.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments (design, vendors, and quality assurance) for smooth workflow

**Team Management**:

- Supervise shop floor staff and workers
- Train, motivate, and mentor team members to improve performance.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive working environment

**Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor the quality of materials and finished products.
- Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify bottlenecks in the production process and implement solutions.
- Optimize efficiency and minimize waste

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum schooling upto Class XII or graduation (preferred)
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setup, preferably in footwear or apparel.
- Basic knowledge of shoe manufacturing processes and materials.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
