**Job responsibility**:

- Create 3D models of architectural and interior based on 2D drawings and sketches
- Produces 3D renderings
- Assists in the development in all phases of design
- Resolves minor design issues
- Regularly review the deliverables for accuracy and thoroughness
- Ensures renderings are in compliance to the company and design standards as well as project comments
- Regularly submits progress 3D modeling for checking
- Establishes and maintains professional and effective lines of communication with the superiors and other teams.
- Communicates and listens in an appropriate and professional manner

**Duties**
- Create 3D designs from 2D Floor Plans
- Import 3D designs into rendering programs
- Add objects as necessary to complete the design per specifications
- Edit objects as necessary to fulfill the intent of the design
- Add maps and textures and manipulate same to achieve desired results
- Create and add direct and ambient lighting
- Create camera views per best practices
- Set up renderer settings and render camera views
- Export rendered views to photoshop for further enhancement
- Record contemporaneous time keeping of all activities.
- Submit interim files to client for approval per schedule.
- Collaborate with team and client during throughout process
- Maintain texture and map and object files
- Create 2d and 3d object files. ie: furniture, profiles

**Skills**
- Preferably Graduate of BS Architecture
- Certification on 3D Modeling Software
- At least 5 years experience as a 3D Modeling and rendering
- Computer skills and working knowledge of the following software: Autodesk Revit, Autocad, 3DS Max or Maya, Photoshop
- Extensive portfolio for review
- knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keepingA 3D render is an individual who uses specialized software to create three-dimensional visualizations of objects, environments, and characters. This position typically requires a strong understanding of computer graphics, as well as proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹56,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
