Handle inbound and outbound customer calls or chats
- Resolve queries related to products, services, or billing
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues when needed
- Meet performance metrics like response time and customer satisfaction

**Eligibility**:

- Fresh graduates or undergraduates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Basic computer knowledge
