Radicon is hiring a talented **Account Executive** with expertise in **Marg, Computax, Tally**, and strong knowledge of **GST compliance, TDS, bank reconciliation,** and **balance sheet management**. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent service and support.
- Use **Marg, Computax, and Tally** software to manage and streamline client accounts.
- Handle **GST compliance** and ensure all GST filings are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage **TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)** calculations, deductions, and filings for client accounts.
- Conduct **bank reconciliation** to ensure accuracy between financial records and bank statements.
- Prepare and review **balance sheets** and other financial statements, ensuring precision and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services within client accounts.
- Perform regular account audits and reviews, offering actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal finance and account management teams to meet client expectations and resolve any issues.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and maintain high client satisfaction metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Marg, Computax, and Tally** software.
- Min Experience 1 to 3 years.
- Experience with **GST compliance, TDS, bank reconciliation, balance sheet preparation,** and financial reporting.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,234.33 - ₹25,505.87 per month
