**Position**: Housekeeping Supervisor

**Reports To**: Housekeeping Manager / Operations Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor / Housekeeper to oversee our housekeeping operations. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and hygiene across all areas.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Daily housekeeping operations and staff performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate with maintenance for repairs and ensure smooth operation.
- Handle guest complaints regarding housekeeping service and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement health and safety regulations across all housekeeping activities.
- Report and document any necessary repairs, maintenance, or safety issues.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Housekeeping or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards.
- Excellent organizational and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus.
- Minimum [2-5] years of housekeeping experience, including [1-2] years in a supervisory role.

**Work Environment**
- Physically demanding: standing, walking, bending, lifting.
- Work hours may vary based on operational needs, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
