**Job Description: Graphics Designer (Remote Full-Time)**

**Location**: Remote (Digital Marketing Agency based in Navi Mumbai)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and engaging graphic designs for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, banners, ads, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute compelling visual content.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and meet project objectives.
- Create original illustrations, infographics, and other visual content as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to produce fresh and impactful designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

**Qualifications**:

- A proven **3 years and above experience** as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and other relevant software.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
- Strong creative and conceptual skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining effective communication with the team.
- A degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
