**Job Title**: Car Driver cum Front Office Assistant

**Location**: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Driving Responsibilities**:

- Drive company executives, clients, or guests safely and comfortably in **luxury vehicles** (e.g., BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi).
- Navigate through busy Chennai traffic with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs at various city locations.
- Maintain the cleanliness, servicing schedule, and upkeep of the assigned luxury vehicle.
- Keep a log of daily trips, fuel usage, and maintenance needs.
- Strictly follow all road safety rules and regulations.

**Front Office Duties**:

- Welcome and assist visitors and clients with a courteous and professionalism.
- Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and manage front desk operations.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate courier services.
- Maintain basic office records, inventory, and assist in routine administrative tasks.
- Support staff with errands and official documentation as needed.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Minimum 12th grade or equivalent.

**Documents**: Valid **LMV driving license** with a clean record.

**Experience**:

- **At least 1 year of proven experience in driving luxury cars** within Chennai city limits.
- Prior front office or administrative support experience preferred.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of routes, traffic patterns, and shortcuts in Chennai.
- Strong verbal communication in Tamil and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of **soft skills.**
- Well-groomed, punctual, and trustworthy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
