**Position**: Student Advisor

**Position Purpose**:
We are seeking an experienced Student Advisor to join our admissions team. This role demands individuals who are personalized, focused, and possess strong persuasive communication skills.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Convert inquiries into registrations by tailoring your approach to each student's profile.
- Engage with leads to explain the study abroad process.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with leads to ensure successful conversions.
- Clearly understand and address the specific needs of each lead to facilitate conversions.
- Stay informed about study abroad products and industry updates to improve conversion rates.
- Possess the knowledge required to effectively guide students and drive conversions.
- Develop and implement both offline and online marketing strategies to drive enrolments.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a counselling role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
