**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive (Voice Process) for firm. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers with their inquiries, complaints, and service needs. As a part of the voice process, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will work to ensure they have a positive experience with our company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding products, services, inquiries, and complaints.
- **Issue Resolution**: Listen to customer concerns, identify the issue, and provide effective solutions or escalate when necessary.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
- **Customer Support**: Assist customers with account-related inquiries, including billing, orders, and service troubleshooting.
- **Maintain Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and ensuring their concerns are addressed in a professional and timely manner.
- **Call Documentation**: Accurately record all customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and solutions in the CRM system.
- **Escalation Handling**: Identify when an issue requires escalation and route calls to the appropriate department or manager..
- **Feedback Collection**: Collect feedback from customers on their experiences and suggest improvements to processes or services.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Languages **:Fluency in English, Malayalam and Tamil.**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or voice-based role (preferably in a call center or BPO environment) / Fresher with good communication skills in the above mentioned languages can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate voice.
- Ability to remain calm and patient when handling customer complaints or challenging situations.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
