**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads professionally and engagingly.
- Engage prospects in conversation to understand their needs and preferences.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and accurately document relevant

information.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive follow-up

and nurturing.
- Achieve and exceed performance targets for call volume, lead qualification,

and sales closure.
- Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and sales skills through

ongoing training and development.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to

engage people over the phone.
- 6 months to 2 Years experience.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify opportunities and overcome

objections.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
- Prior experience in the Banking industry is a plus.

**Benefits**:
