Experience: 8-10 years in backend development, ideally in cloud-based SaaS environments
- Languages & Frameworks:

- Proficient in TypeScript and JavaScript
- Strong experience with NestJS
- DevOps & Deployment:

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Comfortable with containerized deployment (Docker)
- Experience deploying to AWS (serverless a plus)
- Understands what it takes to deploy to production for SaaS apps
- Able to set up alerts/monitors and write CloudWatch Logs Insights queries
- Tooling & Workflow:

- Comfortable working in Yarn monorepo environments
- Proficient with GitHub and Jira
- Experience using or building custom TypeScript decorators
- Data & Integration:

- Experience with MongoDB and OpenSearch
- Solid grasp of data modeling
- Familiarity with WebSockets
- Experience designing end-to-end data processing pipelines
- Other Skills:

- Able to contribute to DevOps work as needed
- Able to document code clearly
- Ability to look at legacy code and suggest ideas as to what to do.
- Leadership & Autonomy:

- Proven experience leading small engineering projects or teams
- Comfortable owning features from design to production deployment
- Can translate high-level vision or product problems into working architecture and tasks
- Works well with ambiguous requirements and mínimal specs
- Frontend Bonus:

- Able to contribute to front-end work as needed (React + Tailwind)

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
