**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Regularly collaborating with Account Managers to comprehend client requirements.
- Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of requirements to facilitate quality sourcing and recruitment.
- Delivering profiles promptly to meet tight deadlines for each requisition.
- Utilizing effective sourcing strategies such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and employee referrals.
- Demonstrating proficiency in the full Life Cycle of Recruiting, from screening resumes to post-placement care.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum of 1 year of Full-Cycle Recruiting experience, particularly in the healthcare domain for the US staffing and recruiting industry. Freshers with exceptional skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent English language proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, passionate, and energetic professionals.
- Willingness to work night shifts (8 PM to 5 AM IST).
- Note: This is an on-site position at our Noida facility._

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Location**: Hyderabad, Telangana

**Pay**: 2.4Lakh to 3Lakh Per Annum
