**Requirements**:
Assist in managing the sales process and working closely with the sales team to establish and meet sales objectives

Develop and implement process improvements for the sales cycle, including lead generation, conversion, and customer retention

Analyze sales data to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers

Coordinate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers

Support in the development of sales proposals and presentations

Use CRM systems to keep track of the sales pipeline and customer interactions

Work closely with marketing teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities

Facilitate communication within the team and handle administrative tasks

Participate in sales forecasting and strategizing

Assist in training and development programs for new hires and continuous skill upgrading of existing team members

Please note that previous experience in a sales support role and a sound understanding of sales processes and principles are highly beneficial for this position. Proficiency in using CRM systems and strong analytical skills are also required.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
