**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Desktop Publishing**:

- Use software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create layouts for print and digital materials.
- Design and format text, images, and graphics in an aesthetically pleasing and functional manner.
- Ensure correct alignment, spacing, and typography for a professional output.
- **Pre-Press Preparation**:

- Prepare and proofread documents before sending them for printing.
- Verify file formats, resolution, and color accuracy for optimal printing results.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Liaise with clients or internal teams to gather requirements and understand project objectives.
- Present design drafts and incorporate feedback into the final product.
- **Quality Control**:

- Review documents for errors in text, graphics, and design.
- Ensure that layouts are consistent with brand standards and guidelines.
- **File Management**:

- Maintain a well-organized system for project files and assets.
- Ensure that final files are archived properly for future use or revisions.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project timelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in desktop publishing software such as **Adobe InDesign**, **Illustrator**, and **Photoshop**.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience with print production processes, file preparation, and pre-press procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a graphic design or publishing role.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic web design (if applicable).
- Familiarity with other design tools (e.g., CorelDRAW, QuarkXPress).

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Graphic Design**, **Multimedia Arts**, **Printing Technology**, or a related field (preferred but not always required).

**Experience**:

- Minimum of **1-3 years** of experience as a DTP Operator, Graphic Designer, or in a similar role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
