**Job Description: Customer Service Advisor**

**Location**: Gurgaon Sector 18, India
**Position Type**: Full-time, Work from Office (WFO)
**Shift**: Rotational Shifts
**Cab Facility**: Not Provided
**Salary**: Up to ₹24,000 CTC per month
**Experience**: Minimum 6 months in BPO Voice Process required
**Education**: Both graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply
**Immediate Joiners Preferred**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed information on products/services, troubleshooting, and guiding customers through processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Adhere to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services, where applicable.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers in challenging situations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO voice process (customer service experience preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency is a must).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage customer queries effectively.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and maintain performance standards.
- Both graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
