**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Maintenance**:

- _**Preventive Maintenance-**_

PM to be done in time by getting the plan from Supervisor

During PM coordinate with operator to take the machine

Before taking the PM ensure availability spares, External service as lathe

Once PM done enter in checklist and get entry in SAP

Replaced spares to enter in checklist

Removed spares to be scrapped immediately

Clean the place

Hand over the machine in running condition and ensure with operator
- _**Breakdown Maintenance-**_

Attending Breakdowns immediately and restoring machine for operation at the earliest

Fix the spare as per procedure don’t damage the spare

Updating Maintenance Records

**Safety**:

- Awareness to be imparted to avoid Un-Safe Acts
- Awareness to be imparted for avoiding Un-Safe Conditions
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment's

**Maintenance Cost**:
Control cost as per Target given in Goal

**SOP for Machine Operations**:
Follow the procedure as per SOP

**5 - S (House Keeping)**:

- Impart culture of Good House Keeping among the Team Members
- Teaching Five Principles & Importance of House Keeping
- Demarking various 5-S Zones & Fixing responsibility to Team Members
- Doing Periodical 5-S Audit & Scoring by noting down improvement points
- Improving 5-S & Sustaining

**General**:

- Report any problem to supervisor
- No machine to wait with out spares
- Involve in TQM activities - Suggestion, KAIZEN, SGA, Model area

**Personal Attributes**:

- The Position Holder must be dully qualified by possessing ITI Electrician in the field of Electrical / Panel
- He must have experience to maintain Rotating, Stationary, Hydraulic, Machineries

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus
