Primary Role - End to end interior design consultation for customers of COMPANY Beautiful Home design services Essential Functions & Responsibilities - Assess and meet client’s requirements and desires through regular meeting - Provide complete solution to customers and plan the interiors of residential spaces with furniture, lighting, wall treatments, etc - Work with different aiding tools and technology for designing a customer’s home to help them visualize their homes and choose from the wide range of products. - Responsible for designing homes within a client’s estimated timeline and project budget. - Preparing BOQs as per design - To own the customer experience during a project - Lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables - To own and end to end project lifecycle. - Work closely with the client and our internal design teams to finalize home design, 3D and 2D drawings - Collaborate with the execution support team for design implementation Other desired skills - Willingness to work in a customer facing role and engage with clients - Orientation to engage with customers and deliver a delightful customer experience - Good communication and presentation skills - Fluency in English. Fluency in Hindi/ regional languages is preferable - Active listener. - Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities - Passionate about colors, shapes, architecture, 3Ds and all things related to design - Develop a healthy working environment for co-workers and effectively contribute in any team based tasks - Documentation and timely submission of daily reports Knowledge & Skill - B Arch or BSc/ MSc in interior designing (Min 50% in graduation) - Any graduate with diploma in interior designing (Min 50% in graduation) / - Design Degree - preferably Interior Design from a reputed institute - Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max/ SketchUp (3D Software) - Min 1-2 years of work experience as an Interior Designer/Architect, with specific experience of working on modular design, esp kitchens - Holds design expertise in: Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning) Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation) **Salary**: ₹33,000.00 - ₹35,600.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - H.S.R Layout B.D.A Complex, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) - Interior design: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person **Speak with the employer** +91 74115 43666
