**We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Junior Accounts Associate to join our dynamic finance team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing our accounting functions.**

**Experience: 3 to 4 Years**

**Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Preferably CA qualified/ mandatory CA inter**

**Location: Mohali, Work from Office**

**Shift: Morning Shift (9 AM to 7 PM)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage and process accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.**
- **Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts and financial statements in compliance with Indian accounting standards.**
- **Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks and Zoho Books) to record, store, and analyze information.**
- **Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.**
- **Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.**
- **Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.**
- **Work closely with other departments to implement and maintain accounting systems and procedures.**
- **Assist in financial audits and perform reconciliations as required.**
- **Provide support in budget preparation and expense management activities.**
- **Confidentially handle sensitive information.**

**Technical Requirements**:

- **A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in accounting, with a strong focus on accounts receivable.**
- **Proficient in using QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and other financial software.**
- **Solid understanding of Indian, USA, and Canadian accounting standards and regulations.**
- **Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.**
- **Hands-on working expertise in MS Office and Google Sheets.**
- **Strong attention to detail and accuracy.**
- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**
- **Effective communication and interpersonal skills.**
- **Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
