**Skills**:

- Medical Summarization with thorough knowledge of medicine based on experience of working in hospital, TPA companies and its associate processes.

**Experience**:

- At least 3-4 years of Medical writing experience with 1 - 2 years in team handling, preferably within a medical report writing environment;
- Proven skills in writing and editing documents for publications, including interpretation and summarization of complex medical report across multiple studies and phases.
- Knowledge of methods and techniques for analysis and presentation of statistical results.
- Excellent literature reviewing capabilities.
- Excellent data interpretation and presentation skills.
- Clear, concise scientific style of writing with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight timelines.
- Experience in Analyzing medical reports with compilation in to a document to create a medical review.
- Experience in reviewing medical records and producing an accurate summary of the patient’s medical history.
- Good understanding of processing of insurance claims for reimbursement.
- Experience of drafting cases in a chronological order that includes patient's history, disease process, assessment and intervention.

**Job Involves**:

- Providing leadership and focus to the project teams.
- Responsible for the productivity, quality and overall performance of the projects.
- Client Coordination.
- Preparing project reviews and project feasibility reports.
- Managing SLA's and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Managing Lead Time Management.
- Lead teams to efficiently deliver client expectations.
- Manage day-to-day activities with the team, but not limited to.
- Monitoring and managing workflow or daily targets to assure timely delivery of agreed SLAs.
- Develop processes to improve productivity and quality of the team.
- Co-ordinate and organize training for new joiners as well as for existing members of the team based on the projects requirement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
