Cafe All Rounder

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and other beverages.
- Operate, maintain, and clean coffee machines and grinders (including calibration).
- Greet and assist customers, take orders, and handle POS transactions.
- Prepare and serve light snacks, bakery items, and café menu offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and seating area at all times.
- Monitor inventory, assist with stock management, and report shortages.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Barista or Cafe All-Rounder.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation.
- Basic latte art skills (preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible with shift timings, weekends, and public holidays.
